Private Albert Bass. 

10150 2nd East Lancashire Regiment.

Killed in Action 9th May 1915, aged 25.

Albert was born in the Dec. quarter in Burnley.  I have only been able to trace his mother Margaret.

In the 1911 census he was with the 1^st Battalion East Lancs in Inkerman Barracks, Woking, Surrey.

Albert left his effects to his mother Margaret.

Albert  is commemorated on the Ploegsteert Memorial, Belgium.Grave Ref; Panels 5 & 6.
